Autumn…

Autumn brings to mind the seasonal smells and colours as the leaves transition from summer greens to the kaleidoscope of autumnal colours. Its what I grew up with in Michigan. Hot Summers, brutally cold winters but amazing Autumns and Springs. 

This is when bring out some of our warming seasonal chocolates like 'Fog' our Earl Grey and Vanilla ganache and 'Spice' our Masala Chai ganache. And in the markets we bring back our Spiced Pumpkin, Orange and Chocolate bread and Salted Caramel and Chocolate dipped whole apples on a stick.

Dear Niko,
I wanted you to know your fabulous chocolates were a Mother's Day present of the very best.
I shared the little jasmine tea cup with my husband but thankfully the salted caramel was all mine!  The rest of the box is now hidden away - just for me.
My son, James, kindly bought them for me.  I shall be hoping for more.
