For more than 20 years I've been making fresh handcrafted, artisan chocolates - first in San Francisco and then London. Across these 2 plus decades Easter has been a very important holiday for use as it allows us to showcase our not like everyone else approach to chocolate making. Our filled Easter Eggs are filled we 3 of our most popular options - runny classic salted caramel, our whisky and lemon salted caramels and our rich and creamy cocoa maple ganache.

We trade weekly at three of London's finest markets:
* Stoke-Newington's Growing Communities led organic farmers' market (Saturdays 10-2:30)
* Lewisham's award winning Brockley Market (Saturdays 10-2)
* Victoria Park Market (Sundays 10-4)
