On a recent midsummer evening, Niko B. Organic Chocolates was invited to the London offices of Baringa, a global consulting firm, for an educational, inspiring, and uplifting gathering of employees in the second installment of the company's ‘Curiosity’ series of events featuring topics that spark the interest of the company's teams. 

Niko B. founder and chocolatier Anthony Ferguson started off by describing his trajectory from Silicon Valley aerospace engineer to passionate creator of exquisite chocolates, now based in England for over a decade. He went on to explain fascinating facts about the origins and history of cacao, the health benefits of chocolate, along with the evolution of Niko B.'s unique combinations and flavour profiles. 

Then came the moment everyone was waiting for: a chance to taste Niko B.'s singular organic ganache and gianduja truffles and exquisite salted caramels all with balanced flavour and texture profiles with some featuring  floral notes like lavender , mint and tarragon; others with spices like ginger, cinnamon and cayenne and others with citrus notes like grapefruit and lemon and still others with nuts like toasted almonds and caramelised hazelnuts.  

The enthusiasm in the room was palpable as each tasted an array of sweet treats while guessing their unique flavor combinations.  

The team compared notes while Anthony shared the correct answers to the taste test, and the evening wrapped up on a high note, with small boxes of Niko B. chocolates to bring home and share with friends and family, along with a 10 percent discount for chocolates purchased on this website.
