Mother's Day
Many turns ago it was my Mother and Niko B's Gran who planted the seed for what would become my passion for making handcrafted chocolates and desserts.
Just being in the kitchen whilst she turned a few basic ingredients - eggs, butter, sugar, flour into some extraordinary but simple delight for the frequent family feasts.
And I had a very important role...sampling the batter and frosting straight from the bowl. I was outstanding in this role :)
So, of all the holidays this one is definitely most personal to me and Niko B.

We make our fresh, organic handcrafted chocolates in Newington Green, North London (N1 4QY).
Markets
We trade weekly at three of London's finest markets:
* Stoke-Newington's Growing Communities led organic farmers' market (Saturdays 10-2:30)
* Lewisham's award winning Brockley Market (Saturdays 10-2)
* Victoria Park Market (Sundays 10-4)
