Coffee & Cardamom Salted Caramels
We've brought over this traditional middle-eastern combination from our ganache truffles (Souk) because we just knew it would work well with the natural deep, sweet notes of our salted caramel.
Here we start with a cardamom infused cream added to caramelised sugar and cooked to perfection. Then we top it off with a double shot of espresso.
These are 'served' in a white and dark chocolate cup with an added coffee bean for good measure.
