Our range of caramels is made with fresh British cream and butter combined with burnt sugar, organic vanilla and premium sea salt from the British Isles. 

One of the wonderful aspects of salted caramels is their versatility. And we exploit that to its extreme with spices, fruits, herbs and booze.
